James Heenan

Most days you’ll find James outside—running, hiking, or just getting some fresh air. When he’s not out and about, James is usually cooking something up, watching a good movie, or laughing at stand-up clips he’s seen way too many times. Before real estate, James worked in construction, property management, and the service industry. Those jobs taught James how to work hard, stay grounded, and keep things real with people.

Now a Realtor with Wave Realty Group at REMAX First, helping buyers, sellers, and investors in Calgary and surrounding areas like Canmore, Cochrane, Airdrie, Chestermere, and Okotoks. James main focus is getting to know what actually matters to his clients, giving honest advice, and keeping them in the loop from start to finish. Whether you’re buying your first place or planning your next move, James is here to make it as smooth as possible.
